The Center can accommodate 150 comfortably with a nice size
dance floor, more with a smaller dance floor – 175
maximum.
Our rental includes use of the Ballroom, Stage, Terrace,
Foyer, Bathrooms and Kitchen for reheating only. Our dumpster
is located in the rear of the building for trash removal.
You will have the use of our 60” round tables that
seat 10, rectangular tables for buffets or bars and our
folding chairs. Our staff will set up and break down all
tables and chairs used in the main building.
Rental
Equipment used by an outside vendor must be set up and removed
by you. The delivery and return pick up date and time needs
to be discussed with the Center’s Manager prior to
scheduling.
(Equipment owned by Middleburg Community Center is not to
be used on the outdoor terrace areas.)
The
Center must be provided with a copy of the caterer’s
Virginia Department of Health Permit. If you will be preparing
food, the Center must be provided with a signed statement
to that effect.
The Center requires a Certificate of Insurance with limits
and terms acceptable to the Center in its sole discretion.
The Terrace room is available for parties of 50 or fewer
with the use of the kitchen to reheat only. There are limited
dates available for rental of the Terrace Room only. Please
