Loudoun County Parks, Recreation, & Community Service (LCPRCS)
At Middleburg Community Center (MCC)
As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, the MCC is a private charity that is not run or funded solely through government funds. MCC was established by a group of citizens concerned with independent civic activities within their community. It operates in the same way today relying on the governance of a volunteer Board of Directors, and a generous group of supporters. LCPRCS is among those that utilize our space. Since 1970 the MCC has partnered with LCPRCS to provide children, adult, and family programs within the Middleburg community.
LCPRCS at Middleburg Community Center operates a state licensed preschool program serving children ages 3-5. Classes use learning centers to teach socialization and academic skills with no more than an eight-to-one ratio. Registration is usually held in February/March for the following school year.
LCPRCS also offers an afterschool program serving Middleburg Community Charter School as well as an After Kindergarten Enrichment program at Aldie Elementary School. Please contact Sheri Conrad or Jennifer Sweigart by email for more information on our licensed programs.
