(All Ages) During this hands-on workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of safely fermenting fruits and vegetables at home. Please note that alcoholic beverages such as beer and wine will not be covered. Registration includes all handouts and materials. All registered participants will take home a jar of fermented food.
