This class runs Tuesdays from Noon to 1 PM. (55 years and older) This traditional yoga class, designed for senior adults, incorporates both stretching and strength postures while focusing on balance. Participants will enjoy increased strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and energy in a gently challenging way. Participants should bring a blanket, pillow, or beach towel.
